Absolutely. You own all content you generate. Use it for your own business, client projects, or commercial publications. There are no restrictions on how you use your generated content.

Currently, AI BrandFactory works best with English content. We optimize for US and UK English. Additional language support is on our roadmap.

Credits are the currency for generating content. Different operations cost different amounts: a full blog post costs ~250 credits, an ad campaign costs ~50 credits, and images cost 3-15 credits each. You can see exact costs before generating.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, credits from one-time credit pack purchases never expire and remain in your account until used.

You'll be prompted to purchase more credits or upgrade your plan. Your existing content and brands remain accessible—you just can't generate new content until you add more credits.

Better than a trial—every new account gets 500 free credits. No credit card required. That's enough to generate multiple blog posts and test all features before deciding to subscribe.

If you haven't used any credits within 48 hours of subscribing, you can request a full refund. Once you've used credits, refunds aren't available—which is why we give you 500 free credits to test first.

Toggle the currency to INR on our pricing page. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay for Indian customers.

Yes. Content is fully editable after generation. You can modify text, regenerate specific sections, add your own content, or export as-is. You have complete control.

You set up a brand profile with your voice (e.g., "professional but approachable"), products, target audience, and any specific messaging guidelines. Every piece of content then automatically matches this profile.

A complete blog post includes: strategic planning, SEO-optimized outline, multiple content sections, meta description, OG tags, schema markup, internal/external citations, and optionally AI-generated images. Everything needed to publish.

You control the length. Standard posts are 1,500-2,000 words, but you can specify shorter or longer content. Long-form content (3,000+ words) is great for SEO-focused pillar pages.

Yes. On paid plans, you can connect multiple WordPress sites. Just add each site's credentials and select which one to publish to.

Yes. Your content, brand information, and generated assets are private to your account. We don't use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

We never store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe (for USD) or Razorpay (for INR), which are PCI-compliant payment processors.

Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Images are stored on AWS S3. We follow industry best practices for data security.

On Pro and Business plans, you can add team members to your workspace. Each member has their own login while sharing brands, content, and credits.

Go to Account Settings > Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your content remains accessible on the free tier.
