We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create using AI BrandFactory. The blog posts, case studies, ad copy, and other content generated based on your inputs belong to you.

Our Platform: The AI BrandFactory service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI BrandFactory and is protected by intellectual property laws.

License: You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and brand information solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Subscription, Credits, and Payment

For paid plans and credit purchases:

• •Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• •Credits are consumed based on usage and do not expire while your account is active
• •Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• •You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• •Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
• •All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

7. Free Tier

AI BrandFactory offers a free tier with 500 credits to allow you to test the service. Free tier limitations:

• •500 credits are provided one-time upon account creation
• •Limited to 1 brand profile
• •Some advanced features may be restricted

We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.

Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds. In summary, refunds are generally not available once credits have been used, as we provide a generous free tier to test the service before purchasing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BrandFactory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation:
